You need to surrender your #1 food varieties to shed poundsIdeally where I wouldn't put on any weight and my conduits were stop up less, I couldn't want anything more than to eat it a few times each week, well more like consistently. Notwithstanding, I realize that those aren't the best of food decisions so I have it around 2-3 times each month. I'm not surrendering my #1 food varieties, I am simply eating it with some restraint so it doesn't make up for lost time to me as abundance weight.
